A beautiful loaf made with a combination of wheat, rye & malted barley. Its long fermentation period using our well nurtured sourdough culture, plus the addition of toasted sunflower seeds, really takes this bread to another level, full of toasty, nutty, malt flavours.
Our recommendation? We love this toasted with lashings of butter and strawberry jam.
