This version of our ciabatta produces a much softer finished product which is ideal for sandwiches, and we use it in our cafés for many of our breakfast options. It has a more regular crumb and softer crust than our traditional ciabatta.
Our recommendation? Ideal for a bacon sandwich or with cured meats & cheeses.
